Lemon Hydrosol (Citrus Limonum)

Description and usage: Made by steam distillation of lemon peel. It has a fresh, spicy, sweet fragrance of citruses. Ideal for facial care (as a toner or for cleansing), especially for oily and problematic skin. It provides excellent care for the scalp which greases quickly and as an addition to water for hair rinsing. Soothes the skin, moisturizes and refreshes the hair and gives them a natural glow. You can use it as a refreshing face or body spray on hot days, but not before or during direct exposure to sunlight. Helps to promote blood circulation, so it is suitable for the skin with cellulite and safe to use even with varicose veins.
Many ways to use hydrosols: You can add them to baths, use them instead of water for the preparation of natural cosmetic products (especially fresh masks with white or green clay), you can use them as a deodorant, body spray, or a refreshing toner for the face, to cool and refresh the skin during the day, for the aroma in saunas, you can add them to water for hair rinsing, wear them as a perfume or use them for a massage with natural oils.
