Massage body oil for normal and oily skin.
According to Ayurveda, KAPHA consists of two elements - earth and water. It is heavy, slow, cold, slippery, smooth, delicate, thick, stable and cloudy. KAPHA provides structure and solidity in the body; provides the consistency needed to maintain a specific form. Performing an energetic massage with KAPHA body massage oil warms you up, adds vitality and a feeling of lightness. It warms up muscles and joints, moisturizes the skin, and helps balance the KAPHA dosha in the body.

How to use Ayurvedic oil?
Use warm oil for best results. Apply the oil all over your body, massaging until it is mostly absorbed. In Ayurveda, it is recommended to perform body oiling (so-called abhyanga) as a daily routine before a shower or bath. Using a foot massage in the evening can improve sleep quality.
