Massage body oil for normal and dry skin.
The word VATA in Ayurveda is related to movement. Containing elements such as air and space, VATA energy governs all movements in the mind and body. VATA is dry, cold, light, moving, changeable, subtle, rough and fast. Using Vata massage oil helps nourish and smooth the skin, warm up the body, and the body massage itself with the oil reduces stress.

How to use Ayurvedic oil?
Use warm oil for best results. Apply the oil all over your body, massaging until it is mostly absorbed. In Ayurveda, it is recommended to perform body oiling (so-called abhyanga) as a daily routine before a shower or bath. Using a foot massage in the evening can improve sleep quality.
