Description: Grinded leaves and stems of rami plant. It is a very commonly used plant in Ayurveda, in cosmetic use mostly for hair care. Also known as Bacopa or Water Hyssop. It is a succulent plant that grows in wetlands all over the world and is also used as an aquarium plant.
Properties: It has strong antioxidant properties and is great for hair and scalp care. It promotes healthy hair growth for longer and thicker hair. It is mostly used against split ends as it can provide a natural protective layer for hair fiber. When used regularly it also helps to nourish hair follicles, which helps against premature hair loss, while giving a calming and cooling effect at the same time. It moisturizes the scalp, helps against drying out, dandruff, itchy feeling or other problems caused by moisture loss.
Directions for use: Mix with warm water into appropriate paste and apply to hair (Can be combined with different plant powders). Massage into scalp with circular movement and spread all the way to the hair ends. Leave on up to 15 minutes, rinse and wash hair wit a natural shampoo or Artiha Powder.
Warning: Do not use any metal products when preparing a clay or plant powder mixture (spoons, cups etc.)The metals can react with mixtures and change their chemical composition. It is best to use products made of wood or ceramics.
